Delivery in Sri Lanka
Purchases are shipped anywhere in Sri Lanka.
Island-wide delivery in Sri Lanka costs Rs.300 and takes 3-5 business days.
In the rare case there is a variation in the delivery time due to production, we will keep you informed.
Worldwide Delivery
Rates are provided at checkout based on your order and location. Delivery time on average is 5-7 days business days.

Cash on delivery is available in Sri Lanka only.
Our return policy lasts 7 days from the date you received the items. If 7 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Body and wellness products (balms, soaps etc) cannot be returned.
We can replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. We will validate the return request and organize pick up of items.
The cost of return delivery will be deducted from your refund unless goods are defective or damaged.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 working days.
We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanging of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
If you haven’t received an approved refund yet, contact your bank or credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted to your account.
